Andrew E. DiPiero, Jr., is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses on complex civil litigation including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death matters stemming from automobile accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, construction claims, liquor liability, product defects and premises liability. Prior to joining the law firm of Stampone Law, Andy practiced with Master, Weinstein, Schnoll & Dodig, P.C., of Philadelphia; and prior to that, he practiced law with Thomas B. Rutter for 14 years. Andy has served as Judge Pro Tempore, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania and has been a Member of the Philadelphia Bar Association Fee Disputes Committee from 1999 to the present. He was an Assistant City Solicitor in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1981 and 1982 and has served as an Arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, for more than 20 years.
Andy is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; Supreme Court of New Jersey; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania; U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. He has been Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1998.
Born in Philadelphia, Andy resides with his family in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. He has been a trustee of Quaint Oak Savings Bank in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, for the past 20 years.
