Eleanor Segal joined the firm during the fall of 2007. She brings more than 20 years of experience to her practice, with a focus on Social Security Disability and SSI claims, Workers’ Compensation matters, and representation of healthcare professionals in disciplinary matters.

For the past 18 years, Eleanor maintained her own law offices in Philadelphia , serving clients throughout the surrounding counties. She is also a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. Prior to earning her law degree in 1984, she served as a staff nurse, head nurse and ultimately, a director of nursing.

Eleanor is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey , the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and before the United States Supreme Court.

She is a past president of the Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware chapter of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys. She has presented legal, medical, nursing and ethics seminars and has published articles in Nursing Life, Yearbook, Nursing and The Jurist. A large percentage of her clients are Latino and always has bilingual staff to help with translation.
